Summary

Hepatocellular carcinomas and colorectal cancers along with several squamous cell carcinomas, urothelial, pancreatic, breast and gastric cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and/or membranous immunoreactivity in a few cases. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Malignant gliomas and melanomas as well as thyroid and renal cancers along with several cases of malignant lymphomas were negative.A majority of malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. A few hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas and skin cancers were generally negative.
