Summary

Most of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of testicular cancers exhibited strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Most cases of renal, prostate, endometrial and liver cancers were negative.Weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most malignancies. A few cases of embyronal carcinomas of testis were strongly stained. The majority of malignancies showed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most cases of malignant gliomas, lung, renal, liver, endometrial and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.
