Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic with occasional nuclear staining in most malignancies. Strong staining was seen in malignant melanomas, and in single cases of testis and liver cancers.Malignant tissues were virtually negative. Positivity was seen in prostate cancers, which were positive in both cytoplasm, membranes and extra-cellular components. Single cases of few other tumor types showed distinct immunoreactivity with a similar staining pattern.
