Summary

Malignant cells showed nuclear staining occasionally combined with cytoplasmic positivity with variable intensities. Most malignant gliomas, renal and endometrial cancers displayed moderate to strong staining. Most malignant lymphomas and lung cancers were negative. Most of the malignant cells were either negative or weakly stained. A majority of cases in malignant gliomas, ovarian, endometrial and renal cancers displayed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Distinct staining was also observed in several cases of malignant melanomas, lung and cervical cancers.
