Summary

Malignant cells generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Staining in luminal membranes was observed in a number of cancers for example, colorectal, endometrial and liver. Occasional strongly stained cases were observed among malignant melanomas and urothelial cancers. Skin and testicular tumors were negative.Urothelial, testis, endometrial, cervical cancers and malignant melanomas and gliomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.
