Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or luminal membranous immunoreactivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Cervical and skin cancers showed additional nuclear staining. Several gliomas, melanomas, renal and testicular cancers were negative.Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining.Several cases of thyroid, skin, urothelial, stomach, pancreatic, lung, liver, ovarian, cervical and endometrial cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining with additional nuclear positivity in few cases. Moderate positivity was observed in few cases of melanomas, colorectal, breast and prostate cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
