Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in most malignant cells. Several cases of cholangiocarcinomas and thyroid cancers were strongly stained. A majority of squamous cell carcinomas were weakly stained or negative. Most of the cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic, often with a perinuclear accentuation along with additional nuclear/nuclear membrane staining in some cases. Several cases of lymphomas and renal cancers were negative.Cancer tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining in a granular pattern. Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas, lymphomas, stomach, liver and colorectal cancers were weakly stained or negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in malignant tissues.
