Summary

A majority of malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous or nuclear positivity in many cases. A few cases of colorectal cancers were strongly stained. Many malignant gliomas, skin, urothelial, gastric and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.A few cases of prostate, colorectal, breast and renal cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity while nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in ovarian cancer. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.
