Summary

Several cases of liver, urothelial, skin, cervical, ovarian cancers and melanomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic/ nucleolar and occasional membranous positivity. Few breast, renal along with rare colorectal, testis, pancreatic, head and neck cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining tissues were weakly stained or negative.Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous immunoreactivity in colorectal and prostate cancers. Few cases of carcinoids and testicular cancers were strongly positive. Several cases of gliomas, lymphomas, skin, liver and pancreatic cancers were negative.Cancer cells exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. In some adenocarcinomas the staining was accentuated to the luminal membrane.
