Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, often with a granular pattern was observed in most malignancies. Several malignant gliomas, lymphomas, squamous and basal cell carcinomas, stomach, urothelial and pancreatic cancers were negative.Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A few malignant melanomas were strongly stained. Most malignant gliomas were negative. Most tumors showed weak positivity or were negative. Malignant melanomas displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while for example renal and ovarian cancers showed moderate staining in several cases.
