Summary

Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Several lymphomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, skin, lung, cervical and testis cancers were negative.Cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in a few cases. Strong staining was observed in cases of breast, renal and prostate cancers. Several lymphomas, testis and lung cancers were negative.Renal cancer showed strong membranous cytoplasmic and nuclear staining while several prostate, thyroid and endometrial cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Normal cells in general were moderately stained. Testicular and lung cancers were weakly stained or negative.
