Summary

Several cases of pancreatic cancers and malignant gliomas along with a few cases of malignant melanomas, prostate, breast and testicular cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.Malignant cells generally showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in several cases of lung cancers, malignant melanoma, thyroid cancers, a few cases of malignant glioma and colorectal cancers. A single case each of duct carcinoma of breast, malignant carcinoid and malignant glioma exhibited strong positivity. Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Rare case of malignant glioma displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of liver, pancreatic, gastric, renal, urothelial, ovarian and endometrial cancers were negative.
