Summary

Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Several cases of prostate cancers displayed strong positivity while few cases of endometrial cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lymphomas, melanomas, thyroid and skin cancers were negative. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas along with renal, pancreatic and liver cancers were mostly negative.Majority of tumor tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Membranous staining was observed in few cases of colorectal, pancreatic and endometrial cancers. Prostate cancers along with occasional cases of breast, endometrial, stomach and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Most of the cases of lymphomas, melanomas, skin and renal cancers were negative.A few prostate cancers showed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Other cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
