Summary

A majority of malignant tissues were negative. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most malignant melanomas.Several malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Malignant melanomas as well as several endometrial, colorectal and testicular cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Malignant gliomas, liver and gastric cancers as well as several malignant lymphomas, prostate, cervical and lung were negative.
