Summary

Most malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. A majority of cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of colorectal, liver and prostate cancers exhibited strong positivity. Skin cancers were negative. Most malignancies were negative. Several malignant melanomas, thyroid, gastric, liver and colorectal cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in most malignant tissues. Most liver, colorectal and pancreatic cancers exhibited strong staining. Basal cell carcinomas in skin were weakly stained or negative.
