Summary

Strong cytoplasmic staining in most testis cancers. Weak to moderate staining in most other malignant tissues. Virtually no staining in malignant gliomas, skin and renal carcinomas.Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most malignancies. Thyroid cancer and few malignant melanomas were strongly stained. Skin and several malignant gliomas, cervical, urothelial and renal cancers were negative or weakly stained. Most tumor cells showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Ovarian and endometrial cancers were mainly weak or negative. Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cases of lymphoma, breast, cervical and testis cancers displayed strong positivity. Several gliomas, protate, endometrial, lung, skin, renal and liver cancer were negative.
