Summary

Cancer tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of melanoma, glioma, squamous cell carcinoma and seminoma showed additional nuclear staining. Few pancreatic cancers displayed additional membranous immunoreactivity. A majority of gliomas and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.A majority of the cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Several gliomas were weakly stained or negative. Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional membranous staining in few cases. Few cases of colorectal cancers were strongly stained. Carcinoids, gliomas, melanomas and breast cancers were mostly negative.
