Summary

A majority of cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Gliomas exhibited strong staining. Colorectal cancers showed cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Most liver and renal cancers were negative.Few cases of testis cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Occasional cases of duct carcinomas of breast displayed moderate positivity. A single case of hepatocellular carcinoma displayed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
