Summary

Moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nucleolar positivity was observed in most malignancies. Liver cancers and several ovarian and skin cancers were strongly stained. Malignant lymphomas as well as several lung and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative. Moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous immunoreactivity was observed in several cases of colorectal, breast, liver and gastric cancers. Occasional cases of pancreatic cancers displayed strong membranous positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Most of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, urothelial, head & neck and renal cancers were negative.
