Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was found in colorectal, breast, malignant melanomas and gynaecological cancers. Remaining tumors were generally negative.Most malignant tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity.A majority of malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Liver, pancreatic, renal, urothelial, testicular cancers were negative in a majority of cases.
