Summary

Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few tissues. Rare case of urothelial cancer was strongly stained. Several cases of malignant lymphomas, malignant gliomas, testicular, endometrial, colorectal and pancreatic cancers were negative.Malignant tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Most malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Ovarian, endometrial, gastric showed weak positivity or were negative. Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
