Summary

Malignant tissues were basically negative. A few cases of gliomas displayed moderate nuclear membrane positivity in fraction of cells and occasional cases of other tumors showed dot-like positivity in the cytoplasm.A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in malignant melanomas and occasional cases in other malignancies e.g. colorectal and lung cancers. Renal cancers were negative.
