Summary

A majority of tumour cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Most cases of gliomas, lymphomas, renal and cervical cancers were weakly stained or negative.Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous positivity was seen in colorectal, prostate and pancreatic cancers. Thyroid cancers along with few cases of lymphomas and pancreatic cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Gliomas, skin and cervical cancers along with some cases of urothelial and renal cancers were negative.
