Summary

Malignant cells generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of embryonal carcinomas of testis, urothelial, renal and hepatocellular carcinomas showed strong reactivity. Most breast, colorectal and thyroid cancers showed moderate to strong membranous and cytopalsmic positivity. A majority of prostate, ovarian and testicular cancers displayed moderate staining. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, lung and renal cancers were negative. Most of the malignant tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in many cases. Malignant lymphomas, gliomas, melanomas and skin cancers were negative.
