Summary

Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and/or membranous positivity in several tissues. Few cases of lymphomas and ovarian cancers were weakly stained or negative.Several cases of colorectal cancers along with few cases of gliomas, lung, prostate and testicular cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. Most of the cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. A few squamous cell carcinomas and high grade urothelial cancer were strongly stained. Several melanomas, lymphomas, gliomas, prostate and pancreatic cancers were negative.
