Summary

A majority of malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in testicular cancers and colorectal cancers. Most malignancies exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Malignant gliomas were mainly negative.Malignant tissues exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Most malignant gliomas were negative. Hodgkin cells were negative in contrast to otherwise strongly stained lymphoma cells.
