Summary

Most malignancies showed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Several cases showed additional weaker cytoplasmic positivity. Most cases of malignant melanoma and testicular cancer were weakly stained or negative. Malignant cells showed varying staining intensity, several cases of the same cancer type displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity whereas others were negative. A few cases of malignant gliomas exhibited strong immunoreactivity.
