Summary

A few cases of prostate and endometrial cancer exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity while most cases of colorectal, breast and cervical cancers showed moderate staining. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.A majority of malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, lung and testicular cancer were weakly stained or negative. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in liver, pancreatic, endometrial, cervical, breast and ovarian cancers. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.
