Summary

Most cancer cells showed distinct granular staining in the cytoplasm. A majority of lymphomas and renal cancers as well as several lung cancers were weakly stained or negative.Most cancer tissues showed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic positivity. Pancreatic, urothelial, stomach cancers, Melanomas and lymphomas displayed additional nuclear staining. Few testicular, renal, endometrial and lung cancers were negative.
