Summary

Several malignant gliomas exhibited distinct cytoplasmic staining. Renal, prostate and hepatocellular carcinomas showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancers were mainly negative. Most malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional nuclear staining was for example observed in cases of malignant gliomas, renal and cervical cancers. A majority of cases in breast, colorectal, endometrial, skin and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.
