Summary

A majority of malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Papillary adenocarcinomas of the thyroid exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Several cervical cancers were negative.Several colorectal cancers dispalyed strong cytoplasmic staining. Malignant lymphomas, breast, prostate, endometrial and testicular cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.Most malignant tissues displayed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic staining. A majority of malignant gliomas, lung and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.
