Summary

Most malignant cells displayed weak nuclear positivity or were negative. Cytoplasmic positivity was also observed in a few cases, especially in liver, gastric and ovarian cancers. Moderate positivity was observed in a few cases of malignant gliomas, pancreatic and liver cancers.A majority of the malignant cells showed weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. A few cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas and testicular cancers expressed strong nuclear positivity.
