Summary

Most of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in a few tissues. Prostate, thyroid and liver cancers along with several cases of colorectal, testicular, ovarian, endometrial and stomach cancers were strongly stained. Several malignant lymphomas, skin and cervical cancers were negative. Prostate cancers and papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid along with several lung adenocarcinomas, colorectal, ovarian, endometrial and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of malignant melanomas, renal, liver and urothelial cancer showed moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.
