Summary

Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in many cases. Colorectal cancers displayed additional strong luminal membranous staining. Several malignant gliomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, testis, endometrial and renal cancers were negative.Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A single case each of lymphoma, seminoma and stomach cancer exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Many cases of melanomas, prostate, endometrial, renal and liver cancers were negative.
