Summary

The majority of malignant tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of malignant melanomas, breast and prostate cancers showed strong staining. Most cases of lung, skin, testicular, urothelial, renal and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Additional membranous and/or nucleolar positivity was observed in a few tissues. Most cases of malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, stomach and pancreatic cancers were mainly negative.
