Summary

Most of the cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Isolated cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, breast, cervical, endometrial, pancreatic and stomach cancers showed strong staining. Several gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, lung and skin cancers were negative.Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity in fraction of tumor cells. Lymphomas along with majority cases of gliomas, melanomas, endometrial, breast, renal, testicular, urothelial, squamous and basal cell carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was seen in most malignant tissues. Malignant lymphomas were negative.Cancer tissues were generally negative. Cases of pancreatic, gastric and liver cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
