Summary

General cytoplasmic staining in most normal tissues at variable intensity.Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and/or membranous positivity in several cases. Majority of the cases of gliomas, lymphomas and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.Malignant tissues exhibited cytoplasmic positivity of varying intensity often combined with nuclear staining.
