Summary

A majority of colorectal, testicular and female genital cancers as well as several malignant melanomas, lung and pancreatic cancers showed distinct cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Remaining malignancies were generally negative. Most of the malignant tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional membranous staining. Prostate malignancies were negative while numerous malignancies e.g. endometrial, lung and renal cancers displayed several weakly stained or negative cases.
