Summary

Malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Malignant melanomas, prostate and colorectal cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with an additional nuclear immunoreactivity. A few cases of skin cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Most tumors of female genital tract, pancreatic and lung cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Malignant gliomas and liver cancers were generally negative.Malignancies generally displayed moderate to strong immunoreactivity.Cytoplasmic and some nuclear staining was seen in several cases of all malignancies. Intensity was varying between negative to strong.
