Strong cytoplasmic positivity was exhibited by thyroid cancer. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in malignant melanoma, glioma, lymphoma and colorectal cancers. Malignant carcinoid, skin and renal malignancies were weak to negative.
