Summary

Several cases of breast, ovarian and endometrial cancers showed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of gliomas, melanomas, skin, liver, lung, stomach, urothelial and cervix cancers along with head and neck cancers displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were mainly negative. Most of the cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Several breast and gastric cancers along with occasional urothelial and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Lymphomas and carcinoids were weakly stained or negative.A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Several non-Hodgkins lymphomas were weakly stained or negative.
