Summary

Most cancer tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining, occasionally accompanied by nuclear positivity. Several ovarian, thyroid and liver cancers showed strong positivity. Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear staining with additional cytoplasmic positivity in some cases. Several urothelial cancers, a few squamous cell carcinomas of uterine cervix and ovarian cancers were strongly stained. Several renal cell carcinomas, lymphomas and melanomas were negative.
