Summary

A majority of cancer cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lymphomas, cervical, endometrial, ovarian and skin cancers were mostly negative.Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Lymphomas, skin, malignant melanomas and lung cancers and several cases of colorectal and endometrial cancers were however negative.Prostate and ovary cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was also observed in several colorectal, breast, cervical, endometrial, gastric, liver and pancreatic cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were generally negative or weakly stained.
