Summary

A few renal cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic while a fraction of tumor cells in a few endometrial cancers exhibited moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer cells were negative. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in several cases. Several gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, lung and renal cell carcinomas were negative. Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity with additional cytoplasmic positivity in a few cases. Occasional pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Gliomas, non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, testicular, renal breast and prostate cancers were generally negative.
