Summary

The majority of malignancies displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity, in a few cases combined with cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most renal and testicular cancers along with several lung and skin cancers were negative. Moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most malignant cells. Testicular cancers along with a few malignant gliomas, skin, urothelial and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Most hepatocellular carcinomas, renal and endometrial cancers were weakly stained or negative.
