Summary

Pancreatic cancers showed strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Distinct staining was also observed in cases of cholangiocarcinomas, stomach, ovary and colorectal cancers. Remaining cancers were in general negative.Malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was seen in the adenocarcinomas of pancreas and stomach and in a few cases of mucinous cystadenocarcinomas of ovary and cholangiocarcinomas of liver.Malignant cells were generally negative. Moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in mucinous cystadenocarcinomas of ovary, the majority of gastric cancers along with several cholangiocarcinomas, lung and pancreatic cancers.
