Summary

Most malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Malignant gliomas and skin cancers were in genereal weakly stained or negative. Stromal cells were distinctly positive.Cytoplasmic and nucleolar staining in all tissues at variable intensity. Strong staining was seen in many hepatocellular, testicular, colo-rectal and thyroid carcinomas.
