Summary

Malignant tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining in most cases. Additional nucleolar staining was also seen in many cases. Strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in most colorectal cancers. Most renal cancers were negative.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining in a granular pattern was observed in a majority of malignancies. A few cases of endometrial cancers were strongly stained. Several skin and testicular cancers were negative.
