Summary

Basically all malignant cells were negative. A few cases of squamous cell carcinomas in cervix showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Most malignant tissues were negative nevertheless single cases of several malignancies showed strong cytoplasmic staining e.g. colorectal, ovarian, cervical, endometrial, stomach and pancreatic cancers. Positivity was most abundant seen in female genital cancers.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most tumor cells. Malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, renal and testicular tumors were negative. Rare cases of cervical squamous cell carcinomas exhibited additional nuclear positivity.
