Summary

Prostate cancers as well as cases of malignant gliomas and thyroid cancers demonstrated moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant cells in general were negative.Most malignant cells were negative or displayed weak cytoplasmic or nuclear staining. Most malignancies displayed weak, often granular, cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Colorectal, ovarian, thyroid and testicular seminomas were moderately stained in a majority of cases.
